Steve & Deedee have been attending NCCC for many years and serving in a variety of ministries.

Steve is currently a team member of the Mars Hill Discovery Center at NCCC.  This enterprise has been serving the educational needs of the church for over ten years. It is presently under the guidance of Pastor Chuck Butler and the Training and Education Ministry.

Mars Hill's mission is to:

• know what we believe and why we believe it.
• understand the cultural times in which we live.
  
• develop language whereby we are able to communicate with our neighbors about the important topics of the day whether they are in science, medicine, law, the arts, philosophy or religion, etc.
• do all things in a manner that is loving, attractive and winsome.
• ultimately, share the truth & love of Jesus, the Christ, as Lord and Savior of this world and the world to come!
